Over 100 websites shipped

More customers. Fewer of them slipping away.

Bondar Group builds what your business runs on: the website that gets you found, the systems that answer and follow up with every lead, the dashboards that show you what's working, and the ads that bring more people in. We manage more than $100k a month in ad spend for our clients, so we know where customers slip away.

  • Found. A fast website, a Google profile that shows up on the map, and a business that AI search can read and recommend. That's where your next customer is looking.
  • Answered. Every call, message and form gets a reply, day or night, from an AI receptionist or a chatbot that knows your business. Nobody waits until tomorrow.
  • Followed up. Quotes, missed calls and old leads get their follow-up on their own, by email and text, and every lead lands in one place instead of five inboxes.
  • Measured. One dashboard with the numbers that matter: where the work comes from, what the ads bring in, what's won and what's stuck.
  • You own it. Everything we build, and every account it runs on, is set up in your name with the passwords.

AgreedEverything above, in writing, before we start.

You read it, you say yes, then we build. It doesn't move unless you ask, and nothing gets added to it quietly.

Bondar Group in numbers

  • 100+websites shipped
  • $100k+a month in ad spend managed for our clients
  • 30%of the market in Cleanson's region, two months after it started working with us

Clients include Cleanson, ValueWindows and Bodycare.

What we build

Three jobs, one system. Each piece hands off to the next, so a customer who finds you doesn't fall through a gap on the way to paying you.

Get found. Websites, from a first site to a full rebuild, with bookings, quote requests or a customer area built in. Your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and the groundwork that gets you named in AI search. Content for your socials, made from the work you already do. And the ads, when you need more people than search sends on its own, with the pages they land on.

Never lose a lead. An AI receptionist that answers the phone when you can't. A chatbot that knows your hours and your services. A text back for every missed call. A CRM with follow-ups that go out on their own, and a review request after every job.

Run the business. Dashboards that put your numbers on one screen. Automations that move information between the tools you already use, so nobody types it twice. And custom software when the thing you need doesn't exist yet: an internal tool, a client portal, an app.

Clients and results

Here are three of the companies we work with. Ask on the call and we'll walk you through any of the others.

  • Cleanson

A cleaning company. Two months after it started working with us, it held 30% of the market in its region.

  • ValueWindows

    A national window brand.

  • Bodycare

    A body care brand.

What we fix

The same handful of leaks shows up in most businesses, and each one costs you a customer who was ready to buy. None of them are your fault. They're what happens when every tool gets set up on its own and nothing talks to anything else.

  • Before: Someone searches for what you sell, and a competitor shows up instead.

After: You show up on Google, on the map and in AI answers, with a site that says what you do in its first line.

  • Before: The site takes ages to load on a phone, so people leave before it appears.

After: It loads fast on a cheap phone with one bar of signal, and takes the booking right there.

  • Before: A call comes in while you're busy, and it goes to voicemail.

After: An AI receptionist answers, books the job or takes the details, and texts you a summary.

  • Before: A quote goes out and nobody follows up.

After: Follow-ups go out on their own until the customer says yes or no.

  • Before: Your numbers live in five apps and a notebook.

After: One dashboard shows where the work comes from and what it's worth.

How it runs

  1. The plan.

The first call is the Lead Leak Audit. We go through how customers find you, reach you and get followed up, and mark every place they slip away. You get back a written plan setting out what gets built, what each part has to do and when it's done. You read it and say yes before anything starts, and the scope doesn't grow quietly after.

  2. The build.

Every week you get a link to what's built so far and a short note on what changed and what comes next. Try it on your own phone. Tell us what's wrong while it's still easy to change.

  3. The keys.

On the day it's done, everything we built and every account it runs on is in your name, passwords included. Keep us on to run it and keep improving it, one-off or monthly, or take it and go. Both are fine.

Questions owners ask

How do I know what I'm getting?

You read it before you agree to it. One conversation, then a written plan that lists what gets built, what each part has to do and when it's done. Nothing starts until you've read it and said yes, and nothing gets added to it later without asking you. If something in it isn't right, say so. We'd rather cut the scope than build the wrong thing.

Do I need all of it?

No. Most businesses have one or two leaks that cost them the most, and the plan starts there. Some clients only ever need a website. Others end up with the whole system, one piece at a time.

How long will it take?

The plan has a date on it. You see that before you agree to anything, and you see the work every week after that, so there's never a month of silence.

I have a website already. Do I need a new one?

Maybe not. If it loads fast, reads well on a phone and a customer can find your number in a few seconds, keep it. Often the leak isn't the site at all. It's the call that went to voicemail or the quote nobody chased. Bring the address to the call and we'll tell you which it is.

Do you use off-the-shelf tools or build from scratch?

Whichever does the job better. If a proven tool does it well, we set it up and connect it to the rest. If nothing fits, we code it. Websites are always coded for the business they belong to, which is why they load fast and do what was agreed and nothing else.

Can I change things myself after launch?

Yes. Anything you change often, like hours, prices, photos, follow-up messages and what the chatbot says, is set up so you change it without calling anyone. For everything else, one message to us and it's done, as a one-off or a monthly arrangement. Your choice.

Who owns it when it's done?

You do. Everything we build, and every account it runs on, is in your name on the day it's done, and you get the passwords. If we vanished tomorrow you'd still have all of it.

The last agency went quiet halfway through. Why would this be different?

Because of how the job is set up, not because we promise to be nicer. A scope agreed in writing. A link every week. Everything in your name at the end. We've shipped over 100 websites, and that setup is how your project gets built.

What do you need from me?

A bit of your time. A call at the start, a few minutes each week to look at the link and tell us what's wrong, and whatever photos you have. We write the first draft of the words with you, so you're never staring at a blank page. If this month is chaos, say so and we'll start when it isn't.

Why we do this

We started Bondar Group after watching agencies finish a project and never think about the client again. The work goes live, and whether it brings in a single customer is nobody's problem anymore. We think that's backwards. Launch is the start of the job, not the end of it.

So we keep paying attention after launch. Is the phone ringing? Are the leads getting answered? What's changed in the business, and what should we build next? Running the ads for our clients keeps us close to those questions.

We're in Toronto. When a client's business grows, that's the work we're proudest of.

Tymur Bondar, founder

Let's make your phone ring.

Pick a time. On the call we ask how your business runs, where your customers come from and where they slip away. If you have a website, bring the address. Afterwards you get a written plan. Nothing starts until you've read it and said yes.
